Information Stored and Processed on Your Device

Whisper Me does not collect or transmit your self-reflection answers, notes, activity responses, or self-assessment content.

Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be processed and stored locally on your device:

• Notes, answers, text, or other self-reflection content you choose to save.
• Your progress or responses within activities provided by the app.

This information remains on your device and is not stored on our servers or linked to a user account.

Users can manage or delete saved content inside the app. Users can also remove all locally stored app data by clearing the app's storage through the device settings or uninstalling the app.

The app may be distributed through app stores such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. These app stores and their related platform services may independently process limited technical, device, download, diagnostic, or usage information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

Whisper Me does not sell, rent, or share user-created content.

Self-reflection answers, activity responses, notes, and other user-created content remain on the user's device and are not transmitted to us or shared with third parties by the app.

Information voluntarily sent to us by email will only be used to respond to the user's request, unless disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data Security

Whisper Me does not require users to create an account or log in, and the app does not operate a server for storing user-created content.

User-created content is stored locally on the user's device. The security of this local data depends partly on the security of the user's device and operating system.

Users should protect their devices by using a screen lock, keeping their operating systems updated, and avoiding rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise compromised devices.

Data Retention

Whisper Me does not store or retain user-created content on our servers. All self-reflection answers, activity responses, notes, and self-assessment content are stored only on the user's device.

Locally stored content remains on the device until the user deletes it inside the app, clears the app's storage through the device settings, or uninstalls the app.

Because Whisper Me does not provide user accounts and does not store user-created content on our servers, we do not retain account data or server-side user content.

If a user voluntarily contacts us by email, we retain the email and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Technical or diagnostic information independently processed by app stores or operating-system platform services is retained according to those providers' own privacy and retention policies.

Data Deletion

Whisper Me does not create user accounts and does not store user-created content on our servers. Therefore, there is no server-side account or user-created data that must be deleted by us.

You can delete locally stored Whisper Me data by:

1. Opening Whisper Me and deleting saved content inside the app.
2. Clearing Whisper Me's app storage through your device settings.
3. Uninstalling Whisper Me from your device.

Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app permanently removes locally stored Whisper Me content from the device, subject to any device-level backup or restore features controlled by the operating system or the user.

If you previously contacted us by email and want us to delete personal information contained in that communication, submit a deletion request by emailing quickslothenglishstudio@gmail.com .

Use the subject line "Whisper Me Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to identify your previous communication. Please do not include your self-reflection answers, notes, or other sensitive content in the deletion request.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

Whisper Me does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Because all user-created content is stored locally on the device, we cannot access self-reflection answers, notes, activity responses, or other content entered into the app.

If you believe that a child has sent personal information to us by email, please contact us so we can review and delete the information where required.
